No complicated apps or 6-day-a-week programs. Just 2–3 focused sessions in a private garage studio, tailored to you.

The Game-Plan Session

We sit down, talk through your goals, injuries, and schedule, then run a few simple movements to see how your body is actually moving — no judgment, no tests you have to "pass". This takes about 1 hour to complete. There is no obligation to continue and if you don't you will at least walk away with a plan.

Step 2

Build your 40+ Strength

We agree on a sustainable training plan that fits into your budget & lifestyle and build a plan around your joints, not around Instagram workouts: mobility, strength, and conditioning at a pace you can sustain.

Tristan has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to each session. Tristan has certifications in Powerlifting, Kettlebell Training and is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach. Also as a qualified nutritionist, Tristan will keep you on track with your nutrition so you get the most out of your training and recovery.

You don’t have to be fit to start

The most common thing I hear is, “Let me get a bit fitter, then I’ll start.” That’s what I’m here for. We start from exactly where you are — breathless, stiff, or nervous is all welcome.

I’m not very fit. Can I still start?

Absolutely. You don’t need to be fit to start — that’s what training is for.

Our coaching focuses on building strength, movement quality, and confidence from your current level. Everything can be adjusted so you can train safely while gradually improving your fitness.

What if I have injuries or ongoing pain?

That’s very common, and it’s something we account for. Exercises can be modified to work around injuries or mobility limitations while still helping you build strength.

The goal is to help you move better and become more resilient over time — not push through pain.

Do I need gym experience?

No experience is required. Every exercise is coached and explained so you know exactly what to do and why you’re doing it.

Many clients actually start with little or no gym background. Learning proper technique early helps you build strength safely and avoid the bad habits people often pick up training on their own.

What makes this different from a regular gym?

There are no other members watching, no mirrors lining the walls, and no loud music unless you want it. This isn’t a typical gym where you’re left to figure things out on your own. Every session is coached so you receive guidance on technique, progression, and training safely.

The focus is on building real, practical strength that supports your health, daily life, and outdoor activities.

How Do I Get Started?

The first step is booking an initial session ....I call this the Game-Plan session. This gives you the opportunity to experience the training environment, ask questions, and get a feel for how the coaching works.

We’ll discuss your goals and guide you through a simple session so you can see exactly what to expect.
