Accountability Coach

Accountability is fundamental for achieving your fitness aspirations and is quite often overlooked. Tristan will be your accountability coach to keep you on track via a customised app. Accountability is non-judgemental and serves to acknowledge efforts and progress.

GYM PROGRAMS

Looking to start a gym program, but not sure where to start? Tristan has put together from beginner level to intermediate level. With everything from an introductory 4 week program for first time gym goers to specalised programs such as getting your first pull-up!

CUSTOMISED PROGRAMS

Do you need something more customised, or perhaps you need more guidance? With the customised program Tristan will build you a program from scratch based on your goals, experience & equipment then guide you through the program with checkin's and feedback on technique etc.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Tristan does offer limited Online Personal Training Sessions via ZOOM. With all new clients the first step is to start with a Personal Training Starter Pack.

Tristan will work closely with you to build out a program that is designed just for you.
